To fuel our growth we have a new position for a Commercial Lines CSR in our recently formed Large Relationships division. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and immediately make an impact on the overall success of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue binders, invoices, certificates, auto ID cards, cancellation notices and other renewal documentation
  • Process policies, endorsements, audits, complete reporting forms. Review documentation for accuracy and initiate amendments as needed
  • Assist in obtaining basic client information, coverage specifics, loss history and other information necessary to prepare company applications/quotes for new/renewal business
  • Maintain all client activity in the agency system
  • Request MVRs and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to client with appropriate correspondence
  • Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals as needed for account review.
  • Assist with creation of renewal proposals and account summaries
  • Collect outstanding premiums due the agency, establish payment plans, check accuracy of commissions and reconcile accounts
  • Prepare proposals and account summaries as needed for Producer and Account Executive
  • Communicate with team and keep them informed on major issues and changes
  • Receive and responds to all calls, emails, and mail in a timely manner
  • Meet with clients as needed

Education and/or Experience:

  • 3+ years’ Commercial Insurance experience, required
  • P & C License, required

Technology Skills:

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required
  • Agency Management System (Applied Epic) experience, strongly preferred
